The Harts Head Inn – Giggleswick
The Hart’s Head epitomises great hospitality; fantastic food combined with a warm welcome from the team in stylish surroundings and includes 7 ensuite guest bedrooms.
THE CHALLENGE
Upon the reopening of outdoor hospitality in April, and after implementing a “stand-alone” app for receiving orders that caused more problems than it solved, the management at the venue contacted us.
SPECIFICS
The client required the ability to take orders quickly and efficiently at the guests table without their guest having to use “tech” that requires them to become experts in using apps whilst they are actually out trying to enjoy life!
THE SOLUTION
We installed a second Touch Screen Terminal linked to their main unit with the addition of a Kitchen Printer and Bar Printer so that orders can be taken in the outside area and transmitted to the relevant preparation area.

OK Diners – Multiple Locations
OK Diners offer a classic 50s American dining experience on the great British roadside.
A great American diner menu is cooked to order and good value too. Just like in the United States where simple food is plentiful and bottomless coffee comes as standard.
THE CHALLENGE
The client required the ability to take orders at the guest’s table in a fast moving “American” themed road-side diner.
SPECIFICS
The client wanted to use handheld devices which were simple to use and could accommodate a very comprehensive menu structure.
THE SOLUTION
We installed multiple Vectron PoS Touch 12 EPOS Terminals at each site which were linked to the Vectron Mobile App running via the Android Platform. This was interfaced to the Kitchen and Beverage Printers with the ability to take customer payment via a Tableside Card Payment Terminal.
